Ethical hacker: is it real?
Hacking is widely perceived as something bad. Originally, hackers are programmers, who used to fix the errors in the software by using quick and unusual way, but in the end of XX century this term got new meaning - “computer hacker”, an intruder seeking for confidential information passing over the security systems.
There is also ethical hacking exists, which helps to find the errors in the security systems and eliminate them. Ethical hacker acts absolutely legal, moreover, this profession gets more popular, because companies are prepared to pay to identify weak links.
Today hackers are divided into two main types: White hat and Black hat. The last ones are the cyber criminals, while the first ones are the IT specialists or IT system explorers, whose behaviour is in line with the law.
Who is the ethical hacking specialist?
Ethical hacker/white hat is a specialist in IT security area, who perfectly knows the principles of hacking the information systems, able to quickly and successfully find out and eliminate the security related problems in computer network.
Ethical hacking training in CODDY school are held by experienced specialists, certified ethical hackers, currently working in the field. They tell kids about unique techniques and methods of hacking, which can be used for protection.

Module 3 is dedicated to studying the Kali Linux distribution. Topics will be studied:
- Basics of Linux administration
- Using metasploit, nmap utilities
- scanning local wireless networks.
In Module 4 children will learn how to create spyware in Python:
- Passwordstyler programs
- Encryption software
- Programs for secretly transferring information over networks.
